I’m always asked by my friends, especially my male friends, whether or not I’d be able to date a guy who isn’t stylish. And to that, my answer is always YES. 

A man’s style is the first thing to catch my eye, of course, but I’m aware that this guy has many other layers and if your style is the only thing worth writing home about… I’ll more than likely save my stationary for something a little more pressing. …Like, origami or some sh..

The way I see it, Fashion is my thing. It doesn’t have to be what my guy is into. I’d want him to be clean of course and well kept but extravagant isn’t necessary. ..Take for example, Jay-Z. He has ZERO style. But he’s cool. He makes a pair of raw denim and a hoody look like money. I like that. …Kanye? ..He’s extra. Not really my thing. He’ll have a chill look one moment and then pop out of no where with a fitted, neon pink top - chest hair exposed. ..That’s a surprise I’m not particularly ready for. 

The guy above, I love what he’s wearing. I love that he pays attention to detail. That’s rare when it comes to men and fashion. ..Usually those guys are gay. The printed cuff, the mixture of textures. I’m into it all. & It’s still very Manly. …that’s the kind of guy that I’m into. …Add all of this, personality, some smarts and gentleman like traits. [wipes forehead] …now that’s BIG business.
